Declutter Queen respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the Declutter Queen website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible for your information
Mindovi OY, trading as Declutter Queen, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
When you join the Declutter Queen waitlist or choose to receive the newsletter, we collect:
- your email address;
- your waitlist and/or newsletter preference;
- the date and time of your consent or signup; and
- limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address and browser/device information, where collected by our service providers.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.
Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google to access purchased products, we receive from Google the information you authorised during sign-in, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this only to create and manage your account. We do not share it further or use it for advertising.
Why we use your information
We use this information to:
- add you to the Declutter Queen waitlist and tell you when the guided experience opens;
- send Declutter Queen notes, practical tips, and news where you have chosen to receive them;
- respond to questions or privacy requests;
- keep a record of consent choices; and
- operate, secure, and improve the website.
Where consent is required, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time. We may also process limited information where needed to respond to you, meet legal obligations, or run and protect our services.
Email choices and unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at hello@declutterqueen.club. Unsubscribing from newsletter updates does not necessarily remove you from a waitlist if you separately requested early-access updates; you may ask us to remove you from both at any time.
Where information is stored and who helps us provide the service
Waitlist information and consent records are stored in Supabase, our database provider. The website is hosted on Vercel. Google OAuth and NextAuth help provide Google Sign-In and account authentication. We may also add an email delivery provider later to send emails; this policy will be updated if and when that provider is added. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where this applies, we will use appropriate safeguards required by applicable privacy law, such as approved contractual protections.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist and marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons. Consent records may be kept for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance and handle any related query.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent; or
- receive a portable copy of certain information.
To make a request, email hello@declutterqueen.club. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Declutter Queen is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Declutter Queen develops or when our data practices change. We will post the current version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
